New Sign at Lloyd Nolan Yard

From left to right: Tony Ankermann, Dave Ankermann, Larry Nolan and Walter Ankermann

These four gentleman stand on either side of a refurbishing project for the Lloyd Nolan Yard baseball facility. The project took the better part of three months in early 2019, and was completed by the Ankermann family. The Ankermann’s have been tremendous supporters of the Prairie Baseball Academy sending all three of their boys through this program.

This sign was in desperate need of some love! It was leaned up against the fence and deteriorating year after year. The Ankermanns completely dismantled the sign, sanded, reinforced, reassembled and carefully repainted it back to its original glory. This sign once again proudly stands to show appreciation for the park and respect to the Nolan family who have been so influential in building this program.

Dave Ankermann had this to say about the project:

“It has been an honour to be a part of this project because it really means so much to so many people involved in the Prairie Baseball Academy”

Come on out and see the brand new sign at Lloyd Nolan Yard this weekend. PBA will be intersquading starting at 10:00am both Saturday and Sunday.
